Facilities for elderly patients with dementia who are in need of nursing care or support. Residents participate in communal living in an at-home environment. Residents are eligible for nursing care services that aim to support independence in their daily lives.

To enable elderly patients in need of nursing care to continue living in their familiar homes and area, this in-home nursing care service is based on a combination of 3 services with a focus on “day care services” as well as “overnight care” and “in-home visits” according to the condition of the patient and his/her needs.

Providing lifestyle support with day care services to reduce the burden on family members

Providing support for daily life activities during the day with meals, bathing, and rehabilitation for patients requiring support and nursing care. While respecting the wishes of the patient, we strive to maintain cognitive and physical function, while also relieving the burden on family members. This service is used when patients return home after going through the acute and convalescent phases.

Providing advance in-home medical care and nursing services upon collaboration with medical facilities

Through periodic visits to the homes of users and by conducting health checks and supporting physical examinations, this service provides nursing support. By collaborating with group medical facilities, we are able to respond to a variety of advanced medical needs including hemodialysis (HD) and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).
